Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Cigna, PCHP, Beacon Health, and Medicare are  accepted.  LuAnn Keener-Mikenas, LCSW, is also a provider for  Humana EAP, ESI EAP,  and Carebridge EAP.  Medicaid is not accepted.  Depending on insurance plan, full payment may be required for the first session.

The Quantum Healing hypnosis process is not covered by insurance and the fee is

$230.00 (prorated over 3 hours).  Sessions typically last 3 hours.  Cost is discounted for clients receiving traditional counseling covered by insurance who also wish to experience a Quantum Healing session.

Neuro Integration can be an addendum to traditional counseling and is not billed.  Without insurance, Neuro Integration is $90 for a one-hour session.

EFT and the MARI process are easily incorporated for clients in traditional counseling.  The MARI is also a stand-alone process lasting 3-4 hours, which is completed in 60-90 minute sessions at $90 per hour.

Payment is by cash or check.
